I've been using this at night after being outdoors for a lot of the day with dogs and horses and lots of dirt and it's a very effective cleanser. It smells like Olbas oil which I love. It helps clear up my hormonal acne faster than without it, but being hormonal it reoccurs through no fault of the face wash. This helps me purge my pores quickly without ruining my skin and without drying my skin out at all.
