Clays have a variety of uses, they can be combined with other ingredients to form part of a sophisticated clay based products, such as cleansers and exfoliating shower gels.
More simply, they can be combined with water (or floral water) and they will make an instant face mask, which can be combined with essential oils and carrier oils to further tailor the face masks.
Each clay has a different primary property although there is a significant cross over secondary clay properties. For example Argile verte is highly effective at removing skin congestion, whilst argile jaune will primarily have the effect of toning and refining the skin. The clays can be blended together to create sensational clay treatments.
Blending in oil, the clays can be used as either hair masks or in body wrapping, blended in water they are suitable for the face and neck area.
