At Naturallythinking we only sell this Cinnamon Essential oil which is Cinnamon Leaf as the oil from the bark can cause severe skin reactions. We would advise using Cinnamon with care as large doses can cause convulsions. As with all essential oils avoid during pregnancy, but pay extra care to Cinnamon as it has been reported to be a abortifacient.
