As with the pepper you eat with your dinner, too much Black Pepper may over stimulate the kidneys.
There is the possibility of skin irritation in high dose, so do not use more than 3 drops in a bath and more than 2% in massage oils.
As with all essential oils, we advise against the use during pregnancy.
