With our customised service, we will create you a bespoke Zero Waste Cosmetic product based upon the formulation you have chosen. After selecting the product type, you can then select from one of our Aromatherapy Blends.

These blends have been crafted by us for their scent and therapeutic properties.

You can then optionally choose to add Extracts and Feel Enhancers to your your product, to customise the product perfectly for your skin or hair.

The size of the Zero Waste Container is 5 Litres

Please note the external container may have scuff marks due to the return and re-use of the container, however the internals will be fully steralised before refilling.

On receiving your order, we aim to create your customised Zero Waste Skincare product within 7 working days. We are unable to ship Naturallythinking Zero Waste Skincare products on Next Day Delivery as they are hand produced for you when you order.

If you need additional items with a Next Day Service, then please place a separate order for any Next Day Items you require, as the Naturallythinking Zero Waste Skincare product will hold up the rest of your order.

Your Zero Waste Skincare product will be posted to you with a returns label. Simply affix the label to the empty container and pop into your local Post Office to return. You do not have to return the container. If you have a great use for it at home, please send us your pictures and we will post how customers have re-purposed them!

Please follow this simple rules, to give us a hand with the re-use process

1. Please just give your container a little rinse to remove and final bits of product in the container
2. Please ensure the lid is firmly attached back on the container, we don't want to upset our friends at RoyalMail
3. Please do not re-box the container, just affix to the label to the empty container, we are trying to cut down on extra packaging
4. Please only use the returns service for empty containers and please affix a label to each returned container
5. Please try not to make a special trip to the Post Office to make your return, instead fitting it in with your other commitments to minimise carbon miles.
