This week has seen the Lavender burst into its purple delight as it starts to bloom across the farm.

We are busy getting everything ready for harvest next month, making sure the grass is low, hand weeding and strimming, so that when we harvest we produce the best quality British Lavender essential oil.

We will be harvesting our Peppermint Oil next week for distillation and we have a small harvest of Rose Oil, which will produce some wonderful British Rose floral water.
