Brain function, relieve stress and anxiety and make your body simply feel good. British Rosemary Essential Oil works well in massage for body rehabilitation as well as in burning and diffusing to promote mental awareness.
Skin
Rosemary Oil contains components that are antibacterial and antiseptic. These help keep the skins surface clean and especially useful for acne prone skin as it helps regulate the skins oil control.
Mind
Rosemary helps clear the mind, promoting mental awareness. Rosemary has long been associated for it's use before exams as it helps promote concentration. Remeber too much however, as it can give a headache in large doses.
