We offer a range of delivery options, to provide the speed and economy that you require. From economical small parcel delivery for those enjoying our Shower Gels, Creams and Toiletries, to economical methods for those purchasing bulkier orders of our botanical extracts, cosmetic ingredients and bottles and jars.
Small Parcel Options
We offer delivery using the postal service for parcels up to 2kg. This is ideal for those that purchase our Shower Gel, Creams and Lotions direct to their door.
Prices start at just £5 for delivery.
Larger Parcel Options
We use DHL to send parcels throughout the World. DHL offer a fully tracked service from door to door, to keep you informed of the current status and to make you aware of any customs information that is required.
When we ship your parcel, we will send you a tracking number to your email address and you will be able to track online at www.dhl.co.uk
The DHL service, offers a fast delivery throughout the world.

Arranging your own Courier
You can arrange your own courier at checkout. Simply select the option "I will arrange my own collection" during the checkout process. We will send you an email when your order is packed and ready for shipping, along with box dimensions, weight, collection address details and times. We cannot send you the box dimensions and weight until your order is packed and ready for collection. There is a £5 charge for this service. Once we notify you of your parcel being ready for collection, we will hold it for 7 days free of charge. After 7 days we will require an additional £5 storage charge.
Shipping by Pallet / Sea Freight
For larger orders, we offer economical pallet and freight delivery accross the World. If you wish to select this option, please select the Pallet / Sea Freight Rate. This rate will only appear when the weight of your order exceeds 200kg.
