We will be open as normal and processing and shipping all online orders.

We have no courier problems between the UK, Europe and the Rest of the World.

We do not see any impact to online order speed. We have good stocks, our supply chain is all in place and with the amazing help of all our staff, we are rotating shifts to ensure workplace safety and continuity.

The UK has now left the EU and thus isn't part of the customs union. However the Free Trade Agreement reached between the UK and EU means there will be very little difference in your online ordering experience if you are ordering from the EU.

We have automated the shipping process with all documentation sent to the hauliers / carriers automatically and electronically, creating no increase in shipping times, cost or fees.

VAT / Tax will be automatically removed as you go through the checkout process online.

You need to be aware that orders sent by courier will be subject to an admin charge on arrival by couriers of approx 20 Euros. You will need to pay the relevant VAT and some products maybe subject to duty up to 5.5%

Smaller orders sent by RoyalMail are not subject to additional charges.

Click and Collect is available as normal. Please try to order at least 4 working hours in advance of placing your order to give us a chance to pick and pack your order.

Please come to our normal shop door, where a bell wil notify us that you are there.

Please wear a mask and use hand sanitiser provided.

Click and Collect is open Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm.

We are working flat out to ensure we fulfill all orders and keep all products at maximum stock.

If at all possible, please use email rather than phone. We can provide you a much faster and efficient service by email than telephone and it helps us get your order to you faster.
