Naturallythinking Therapist Scheme

Our Therapist Discount Scheme is available to all professional therapists with a recognised qualification in massage or alternative treatments.

You will receive 10% off of all products on the website. The discount excludes services and courses. We will from time to time have specific offers and special promotions exclusive to therapists. Providing you opt in to the promotional emails, you will receive these very special discounts and have first access to new products.

Once you have created an account online, please send us a copy of your certificate or insurance that shows your qualifications. Please send a scanned copy to support@naturallythinking.eu. Please do not send originals or scans by post as we only accept your certificates by email. Your certificate will be used to verify your membership and then deleted for Data Protection. A note will be placed on your account that we have changed your account to a therapist status.

Once you have received your email confirming that you are a member of our Therapist Scheme, you can login and place your order. The 10% discount will automatically be removed at checkout.

If anything changes about your status as a therapist, please email support@naturallythinking.eu to update your account details.

Therapist discounts are not transferable and cannot be applied retrospectively, therefore if you login using a different account and place your order using a different or new account, we cannot transfer the discount across. We cannot apply therapist discount to any previous orders.

You will only receive information on discounts and special offers if you opt in to our therapist newsletter. Therapist discounts cannot be used to place orders over the telephone Therapist discount cannot be applied in addition to any online product promotions and discounts on particular products. For these products you will receive the online promotion price without an additional 10% discount.
