We remain open for placing orders online and shipping

We continue to be open for shipping orders online and deliveries direct to your home or premises. 

The majority of deliveries will be made by DPD or RoyalMail. If you are isolating and avoiding contact with delivery drivers, we urge you to download the DPD app where you can update your delivery preferences in the app to ensure successful delivery from your driver.

Our physical store in Croydon will be shut from 30/03/20, please place your order online for delivery, however you can click and collect

NEXT DAY DELIVERY UPDATE

We have increased the price of next day delivery temporarily in order to ensure we catch up with all customers orders. Next Day Delivery is currently £14.95 Please only use it of you really need an item Next Day. Once we have caught back up on orders, we will reduce Next Day Delivery back to £6.95.

Packaging Update

As a result of customers buying ingredients and packaging related to Coronavirus we are very low on 20/410 neck bottles and closures. We are working hard to resolve this. We do have a large stock of 24/410 closures however in recent days we have seen a large increase in sales of these, so if you are looking for 24/410 closures work for you, we would advise purchase sooner rather than later.

We do now have some 50ml and 100ml bottles back in stock, though once again they are selling out very fast.

Aromatherapy Essential Oil and Carrier Oils

General Ingredients

We generally have good stocks of all ingredients, except Carbomer (see update below)

Carbomer

We have limited amounts of Carbomer left in stock after supplying much of our Carbomer to NHS uses. We regret our largest size is now 500g bags, we can no longer sell 20kg boxes.

60% Alcohol Gel

We have set up a constant production line to keep up with demand and currently have no shortage of stocks. We may have to change packaging shortly, however the size and quality will remain the same. (last updated 06/05/20)

Skincare Products

We have good stock of ingredients, packaging and final products of our skincare range. We have a range of handwashes and to help our local communities have reduced the price of selected handwashes for affordability.

CPSR's (Cosmetic Product Safety Reports)

We continue to produce these documents, though please note due to how busy we are, the lead time may increase to 14 days. We are working to produce them as fast as we can.

Delivery Times

Standard and Free Delivery is currently approximately 5 days. We are still allowing Next Day Delivery. Please don't forget the cut off time for Next Day Delivery is 1pm and our Next Day Delivery is Next Working Day.

We are starting to get back on top of orders as of 06/05/20 and average shipping time is down to 2 days.

Telephone

Due to the volume, we currently can't keep up with the telephone calls. We are a family run business and so do not have a dedicated call center. Please email for the quickest answer, if you are answer isn't urgent, we are answering during the evening. If you feel your need a replay please put in capitals in your email NTQUESTION and we will try to answer your email as quickly as possible. Please do not abuse this as we are doing it so that those that need urgent order assistance, changes etc., can get the response that is needed.

Deliveries

Don't forget we send out full tracking details on dispatch as well as your invoice attached as a PDF on dispatch. If you do not get a tracking number, please login to your account and look at your order history where you can see the tracking number.
