All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Order Acceptance Policy and availability. If the Product you have ordered is not available from stock you will be contacted by e-mail and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional specific terms and conditions related to that Product including, without limitation terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery times and warranty. All details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was inputted. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on the Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We are determined to provide goods which offer great natural benefits to your health. We promise to keep our prices as low as we possibly can.

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus Shipping Charges. You will receive an electronic confirmation of our receipt of your order via e-mail. Payment can be made by any of the specified Payment Methods. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your Product. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We do not store any details of your credit card nor do we have access to any information on the authorisation process of your credit card, the only information we are told by our credit card processors (RBS WorldPay or PayPal) is whether your Credit Card was Authorised or Failed.

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from the Website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on the Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from the Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
The eligibility to purchase Products on the Website is limited to those parties who satisfy our Eligibility Criteria.

Shipping

Where possible we will use the shipping service that you have chosen during checkout. There maybe times we are unable to use this service and thus make no guarantee to use the chosen service. Wherever possible we will make every effort to use an equivalent service. All delivery timescales are best estimates and are not a guarantee of any service or deadline. Our Next Working Day Delivery service is a delivery aim and not a guarantee, we will make every effort to deliver the Next Working Day. We provide no consequential loss for any delivery that doesn't arrive within an expected time.

Purchase of Services and Courses

By purchasing any of our services or courses you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions of service and our limit of liability with regard the service and courses we offer.

- Services

We offer a range of toxicological testing services. These services are offered solely for products that are made 100% exclusively using Naturallythinking Ingredients and / or base products. We will not produce CPSR's and related services for any product that falls out of this definition. If you order using Non Naturallythinking ingredients, then we reserve the right to refund your order minus any administrative expenses incured due to the placing of the order without fulfilling the terms and conditions.

Description of our Services

Each Service is sold with a description of the service offered. All descriptions are correct at the time of compiling the website and should there be any amendments we will endevour to keep them updated as required, however the website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the time of place your order. We make no warranty that the service offered will meet your specific requirements.

Errors with Service

We offer no liability for the service we offer, it is the responsibility of the USER to ensure the details of any service offered match the details of the product / service. In the case of CPSR's, it is the responsibility of the USER to ensure that the ingredients listed on the CPSR match those ingredients that the USER is putting into the product. If there is any error, Naturallythinking must be notified within 14 days of receiving the CPSR report of the error for a Free correction. Naturallythinking assume no liability for any missed ingredient by the USER or Naturallythinking in the produced CPSR document contains errors. 

Naturallythinking assume no liability for labels which are created for products by the USER and any associated paperwork that is produced from the CPSR with the details on the CPSR being wrong or omitted.

Changes to Ingredients and Ingredient Availability

From time to time individual ingredients, products and packaging may change as a result of legislative changes, suppliers or forces outside of the control of Naturallythinking. Naturallythinking offer assume no liability to the end user for any cosequental loss and / or costs involved in changing packaging and / or costs involved in created a new CPSR as a result of these changes. In addition Naturallythinking make no guarantee for the long term provision of any product good / service being available from the website or our retail stores for purchase.

- Courses

We offer a range of courses which are intended to teach you how to produce cosmetics from raw ingredients, into final products. These courses are designed around the base products and ingredients that Naturallythinking retail and provide. Althogh we maybe able to offer advice on other ingredients available on the market, we cannot guarantee full knowledge of these other ingredients.

Description of our Courses

Each Course is sold with a description of the service offered. All descriptions are correct at the time of compiling the website and should there be any amendments we will endevour to keep them updated as required, however the website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the time of place your order. We make no warranty that the course offered will meet the users specific requirements.

On the courses

The courses contain both theory and practical elements. The user will be provided with all the equipment required on the course, in addition to the materials used. The user will be provided with basic packaging, if the user requires additional / specialist packaging, then the user will need to provide the packaging at their cost.

Limits of Liability

We will teach the user, the standard manufacturing techniques involved in Cosmetic formulation, covering a wide aspect of material and technique. We make no warranty for the products that the user produces both during and after the user has attend the course with regard safety, suitability for sale, or compliance with relevant legislation in your intended marketplace of the final product. It is the users responsibility to ensure the product safety and efficacy for any finished products created. We carry no liability for any equipment that is used on the course, electrical or manual and it is the responsibility of the user to ensure their safe and careful use. MSDS sheets are available on request for all ingredients used on the course and it is the responsibility of those attending the course to satisfy themselves of the safe handling, usage and understanding of any particular ingredient.
 

Changes and Discontinuation of Ingredients Used on the Courses

The courses are designed around some common core ingredients used in Cosmetic formulation and whilst Naturallythinking have no intention to discontinue or change the specification of any given product, we cannot be held liable for ingredients whose specification later change or for ingredients that later become unavailable.
 

Cancelling your place on our course. Dates and your Rights

We understand circumstances change.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your course, you will be entitled to a full refund.

If you cancel within 30 days of the course date, you are not entitled to a refund or to swap to another date.

However, we will endeavour to resell your course place to another customer.

We normally have a waiting list, so if you think you need to change your course date, letting us know as early as possible ensures the highest chance of us being able to resell your course space and then being able to offer you a refund or move you on to a different course.

General

Intellectual Property and Right to Use

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Severance
