Zero Waste Skincare, Create your Own Skincare and return your packaging for re-use Free of Charge
With our customised service, we will create you a bespoke Zero Waste Cosmetic product based upon the formulation you have chosen. After selecting the product type, you can then select from one of our Aromatherapy Blends.
These blends have been crafted by us for their scent and therapeutic properties.
You can then optionally choose to add an Extract and Feel Enhancer to your your product, to customise the product perfectly for your skin or hair.
Please note the external container may have scuff marks due to the return and re-use of the container, however the internals will be fully steralised before refilling.
What to Expect
Delivery Speed
On receiving your order, we aim to create your customised Zero Waste Skincare product within 7 working days. We are unable to ship Naturallythinking Zero Waste Skincare products on Next Day Delivery as they are hand produced for you when you order.
If you require Next Day Delivery for the rest of your order
If you need additional items with a Next Day Service, then please place a separate order for any Next Day Items you require, as the Naturallythinking Zero Waste Skincare product will hold up the rest of your order.
Returning the Empty Packaging
Your Zero Waste Skincare product will be posted to you with a returns label. Simply affix the label to the empty container and pop into your local Post Office to return.
Please follow this simple rules, to give us a hand with the re-use process
- Please just give your container a little rinse to remove and final bits of product in the container
- Please ensure the lid is firmly attached back on the container, we don't want to upset our friends at RoyalMail
- Please do not re-box the container, just affix to the label to the empty container, we are trying to cut down on extra packaging
- Please only use the returns service for empty containers and please affix a label to each returned container
- Please try not to make a special trip to the Post Office to make your return, instead fitting it in with your other commitments to minimise carbon miles.

AHA Fruit Complex
AHA Fruit Complex for younger firmer skin. Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA) renew skin cells to reveal a younger and fresher skin appearance. Often used as a natural chemical peel.
Argan Extract

Lupine Seed Extract is a plant based natural peptide that is used as a film former for the skin and hair, providing hair protection and strength as well as smoothing the feel of skin
Rose Quartz Extract
Rose Quartz has been used by Stone Therapists to guard against radiation and to open the mind to "beautiful things", an excellent ingredient for natural skincare products
Seaweed Extract
Seaweed is an excellent source of Polyphenols and Iodine and is commonly found in anti-cellulite and obesity products as well as those products designed to reduce the effects of Sun Damage, promoting elasticity in the skin.
Sparkling Wine Extract

Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacylapidate-1
Butylene glycol dicaprylate / dicaprate
A natural and animal product free Lanolin equivalent derived entirely from vegetable source. With the same feel as Lanolin, this is the replacement product for many that are looking to produce ingredients free from animal sources or without the potential skin irritation problems of Lanolin.
Cetrimonium Chloride

Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is a linear polysaccharide of high molecular weight, naturally occurring in the human body. A connective tissue organizer and hydrating substance, it is the most hydrating polymer known and can hold over 600X its own weight in water, giving skin volume and fullness
Menthone
Menthone Glycerin acetal is a colourless liquid used as an active cooling agent. It creates a strong, long-lasting sensation of skin icing, skin freshness and skin cooling. It has proven efficacy of up to 25 minutes
Squalane
Squalane is naturally derived from Olives and matches the skins natural sebum. Squalane is used to impart softness and improve spreadability, being soluble in oil. Can be used exclusively in high end serums.
